Exception Summary

PoliciesHarmonizedException	PoliciesHarmonizedException defines an exception to be thrown by the PolicyHandler class when harmonization of the newly introduced policies occures.
PrecedenceUndeterminedException	PrecedenceUndeterminedException defines an exception to be thrown by the PolicyHandler class when it is not possible to determined policies precedence with the new, just introduced, set of policies.
